This is a technical leadership role with a strong hands-on focus, leading the design, development and evolution of enterprise-scale backend services and the API platform supporting the departments web, portal and mobile applications.We're looking for experience across:Enterprise-scale backend services & API architectureCI/CD, automated testing & contemporary platform engineeringTechnical leadership and mentoring of development teamsAI-assisted software development tools and practicesSalesforce / MuleSoft integrations highly regardedCloudflare experience would also be beneficialThis would suit a Principal Developer, Lead Developer, Lead Backend Engineer, API Technical Lead or Software Engineering Lead who can provide technical direction while remaining actively involved in delivery.
