My client, an alternative investment manager based in the inner-ring of Melbourne is seeking to recruit a newly created Senior Investor Operations Analyst role.Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will take ownership of the end-to-end investor operations function, including:Investor and investment sponsor onboarding, including KYC/AML/CTF, FATCA/CRS and subscription documentationInvestor administration, including record maintenance, transaction processing and reconciliationsAdministration of capital calls and investor distributions, and preparation of investor statements and tax documentationOngoing due diligence and compliance monitoringIdentification and implementation of process improvements to support operational scalabilityThe successful candidate will work closely with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal and Funds Management teams internally,



and will have regular contact with HNW investors, family offices, wealth managers and intermediaries externally.Candidate requirements:Minimum 4 years' experience in investor services, investor operations, fund administration or financial services operationsStrong understanding of investor onboarding, AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS processesHigh attention to detail and robust organisational and data management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomesUndergraduate or postgraduate degree in finance, commerce or accountingExperience with platforms such as Juniper Square, DocuSign or First AML is advantageous but not essential.
