Key Responsibilities
Coordinate employee consultation processes, enquiries, actions and outcomes.
Supportredeployment, employee transition and workforce change activities.
Maintain accurate employee impact data,



case records and workforce tracking.
Prepare employee correspondence and documentation relating to workforce change.
Coordinate separation processes, including applications, approvals and payroll liaison.
Support restructure-related recruitment and candidate administration.
Assist with grievances and workplace concerns arising during organisational change.
About You
Experience inHR, employee relations, organisational change or workforce transformation.
Experience coordinatingconsultation, redeployment, employee transition or workforce change activities.
Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support leaders and employees through complex and sensitive people matters.
Confidence managing sensitive and confidential employee matters.
Experience working within a complex organisational change environment will be highly regarded.
Exposure to interpreting enterprise agreements or experience within theVictorian Public Sectorwill also be advantageous.
