We are looking for reliable and motivated people to join our powder coating team in Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast.

We currently have opportunities for:
Experienced Powder Coaters
Sandblasters
General Labourers / Factory Hands

Previous powder coating or sandblasting experience is highly regarded, however experience is not essential for general labouring positions. We are happy to train the right people who have a positive attitude and are willing to work.

The Work

Depending on your experience and position, duties may include:
Powder coating aluminium and steel products
Sandblasting and surface preparation
Hanging and unloading products
Masking and preparing items for coating
Wrapping and packing completed work
General factory and workshop duties
Moving materials and preparing jobs for production
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Assisting other members of the production team as required

Are reliable and turn up to work on time
Have a strong work ethic
Can work effectively as part of a team
Are comfortable working in a factory workplace
Are physically capable of manual work
Take pride in the quality of their work
Can follow instructions and workplace safety procedures

For Powder Coater and Sandblaster applicants, previous industry experience will be looked upon favourably.

A forklift licence is also an advantage but is not essential.
