Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach in Broadbeach is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward to be the foundation of our culinary team.
You will maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene across kitchen and back-of-house areas, enabling chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
In this hands-on role, you'll follow HACCP standards, support with waste management, and work with chefs to keep equipment, spaces and stock ready for service.
A positive attitude and reliability are essential.
