In this role, you will gather and analyse information, interpret evidence, and prepare transparent, accurate assessment reports to support informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities
You’ll communicate respectfully with participants, families and support networks, using trauma-informed and culturally-secure approaches to ensure people feel heard, understood and supported.
Conduct support needs assessments through guided conversations and information gathering.
Analyse and synthesise participant information and external evidence to support evidence-based outcomes.
Prepare explicit, accurate and defensible written assessment reports.

What you need
You are a compassionate and adaptable skilled with strong assessment, interviewing and stakeholder engagement skills.
You can confidently manage complex information, apply sound judgement, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience conducting support needs assessments or similar person-centred assessments.
