Roster: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 2:00pm

Cater Care is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our Regency Park kitchen team. This is an exciting prospect for someone who takes pride in preparing quality coffee, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a fast-paced hospitality environment. Alongside barista duties, you’ll support our catering and kitchen operations, working collaboratively with the team to deliver a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
Deliver friendly, qualified customer service, including serving meals and snacks
Assist with food preparation and day-to-day café and catering operations
Restock supplies and maintain clean,



organised kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times

Desired Skills and Experience

About You
Experienced in preparing quality barista coffee; formal qualifications are an advantage
Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment, with the ability to support kitchen operations
Reliable, adaptable and team-oriented, with a calm approach under pressure
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Efficient and organised, with the ability to work effectively during busy service periods
