You will collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager, Associate Nurse Unit Managers and multidisciplinary team to support safe care delivery, clinical excellence and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities
Working across a range of admission pathways, including elective surgery, Emergency Department, ICU, and inter-hospital transfers, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients with wide-ranging and complex needs.
Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care in accordance with RMH policies, procedures and qualified standards.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients across the surgical journey.
Provide high-quality pre and post-operative care to patients across Urology, Vascular, Breast Oncology and Endocrinology specialties.

What you need
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA/NMBA.
Minimum 3 years of acute nursing experience.
Solid clinical assessment, reasoning and prioritisation skills.
