In this role, you'll support children's learning, development, and wellbeing across all age groups, providing consistency and support wherever it's needed most.
Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll help create protected, engaging, and play‐based learning environments where children feel confident, connected, and supported to grow.
This is an ideal opportunity for an educator who enjoys variety, builds strong relationships quickly, and thrives in a dynamic centre environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport learning and development across all rooms and age groupsAssist with daily routines and transitions throughout the centreDeliver engaging, play‐based learning experiences aligned with the EYLFBuild positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesContribute to observations, documentation, and reflective practiceWork collaboratively with educators and leadership to support quality outcomesMaintain high standards of health, safety,



and safeguardingAbout YouCertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareMust have completed National Child Safety TrainingConfident supporting children across multiple age groupsPositive, reliable, and adaptable approachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)Experience with Storypark or similar platforms is an advantageGrowth & Development at JourneyAt Journey, professional growth is encouraged and supported.
