As a key point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors, you will deliver a polished front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the workplace.Snapshot of Your DayDeliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting employees, visitors, and contractorsProactively welcome all staff, visitors and contractors, ensuring correct access to the siteManage access cards, visitor and locker registers, key management and mail handlingRespond to email enquiries and phone calls, action Service Now tickets accurately in a timely mannerAssist with basic AV/IT troubleshooting, liaising with IT for more complex issuesConduct floor walks throughout the day,
