You'll combine great customer service with product and parts support, helping customers identify what they need, processing orders and providing practical solutions.If you have experience in customer service, internal sales, automotive parts, trucks, transport, warehousing or a similar industry, this could be a great next step.What You'll DoReporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be an important point of contact for our customers and will support them with enquiries, orders and product solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and onlineAssist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided)Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operationsLearn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systemsBuild strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledgeJob DescriptionAbout YouYou're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in quick-paced environments.
