You will take ownership of Geovert's IT environment across Australia, New Zealand and the US — driving both day to day operations and a targeted improvement roadmap that delivers real business value.
This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO, with one direct report and meaningful exposure to senior leadership.You will manage and continuously improve end-to-end IT infrastructure across all global offices, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and endpoint managementLead Geovert's cyber security posture to an Essential 8 baseline, with ownership of incident response, access controls and staff awarenessOwn the IT budget vendor contracts, licence rationalisation, cost reporting and service-level managementIdentify and eliminate manual workflows, drive systems improvement and pilot practical AI tools like Microsoft Copilot across the businessAbout youYou are a commercially minded IT professional who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment.
