Join a specialist recruitment team where relationships, quality and candidate care come first.ROUSSOS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering quality recruitment outcomes across the Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property and Civil industries.This is a delivery-focused recruitment role, working closely with our existing clients to understand their requirements and identify, engage and secure the right talent.You will manage the recruitment process from initial candidate search through to placement, while building strong and genuine relationships with candidates along the way.The opportunityAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will:Manage recruitment assignments from candidate sourcing through to placementWork closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and the type of candidate they are looking forProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, our database and your own professional networkBuild and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidatesConduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for each opportunityProvide candidates with honest and informed advice throughout the recruitment processPrepare candidates for interviews and support them through to offer and acceptanceManage communication and follow-up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment processProvide advice around salary expectations,



career opportunities and market conditionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our CRMBuild a strong talent pool for future opportunitiesContribute to a positive candidate experience and support our ongoing aftercare processAbout youWe are looking for someone who is people-focused, organised and genuinely enjoys recruitment.You will ideally have:Previous experience in a recruitment consultant or similar recruitment roleStrong candidate sourcing and interviewing skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to confidently engage with candidates at all levelsA proactive and resourceful approach to finding the right talentStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignmentsA genuine interest in understanding people's career aspirations and helping them find the right opportunityExperience within Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property or Civil would be advantageous, but is not essentialWhy join ROUSSOS?
