Key responsibilities
The position builds robust stakeholder partnerships, ensures compliance with Child Protected Standards, and works collaboratively with policy owners, service providers, educators, community organisations and delivery partners to improve outcomes for young and inexperienced road users.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
Provides solid leadership by creating an engaged, inclusive culture where people are supported to perform and achieve outcomes.
Drives innovation and continuous improvement by embedding quality practices, encouraging new approaches and measuring effectiveness.

What you need
Qualifications and experience.
At least 5 years’ experience in program and people management (mandatory).
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (mandatory).
