JMES (Jon Michel Executive Search) is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its M&A; Corporate Development team in Sydney. You will be involved in global and domestic transactions including acquisitions, divestments, investments, and joint ventures, leading and supporting multiple workstreams.

You will engage with senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, conducting financial modelling, due diligence, and preparation of investment papers to drive value creation and growth for the business.
