Imaging Associates is a progressive and premium provider of radiology services, owned and operated by a team of highly respected Radiologists.
With clinics located across Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga, and more opening throughout the coming months, we are expanding our patient-facing team at ourBox Hill clinic and Box Hill booking centre,along with our surrounding clinics.
We are currently seeking aMedical Imaging Receptionistto join us on our growth journey - a role that plays a vital part in shaping the first impression our patients receive and ensuring the smooth, compassionate experience Imaging Associates is known for.
What will you be doing?
As thefirst point of contact, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their medical imaging journey.
You'll manageinbound calls,providing clear and compassionate communication while handlingbookings,enquiries, andfollow-ups, along with the overallpatient workflow.
Whether you're an experienced Medical Receptionist, or someone with strong administrative and customer service experience looking to step into the healthcare sector, this role offers variety, support, and professional growth in a values-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Handlinginbound callsand answering patient inquiries in a calm, qualified manner
Greeting patientsand maintaining a smooth patient workflow
Managingpatient bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations




Providing informationto patients and referrers regarding imaging services
Maintaining patient recordsaccurately and confidentially
Performingadministrative tasksto support the wider team
Supporting billing tasksincluding invoicing and receipting
What are we looking for?
To be successful, you will need to have:
Previousmedical administration or contact centre experience(highly regarded)
Strongcustomer serviceskills and communication skills
Experienceworking autonomously and part of a team in afast-paced environment
A high level ofattention to detailand commitment to quality outcomes
Confidence withtechnologyand the ability to manage multiple systems while speaking with patients
Flexibility to work across arotating rosterbetween 8am and 8pm, Mon-Thu, and 8am-6pm Fridays
