Arborglen is Flower Power's wholesale production nursery, located on 55 acres in Glenorie.
We grow and supply an extensive range of quality plants exclusively to Flower Power Garden Centres across Sydney.
We are currently seeking amotivated and reliable Plant / Order Pickerto join our team on afull-time basis.
About the Role
This is afast-paced, physically active rolesuited to an individual who enjoys working outdoors, staying active and achieving results.
As a Plant / Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, picking and preparing quality plants to fulfil orders for our Flower Power Garden Centres.
Productivity and accuracy are key to this position.You will work as part of a high-performing team with clear daily picking targets and deadlines.
We are looking for a person who is motivated by achieving results and maintaining a consistent work pace throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and prepare plant orders accurately and efficiently
Work todaily productivity and picking targets
Maintain aconsistent, high-paced work ratethroughout the shift
Select plants according to required quality standards
Ensure orders are completed accurately and within scheduled deadlines
Minimise picking errors, plant damage and rework
Work closely with team leaders and other pickers to achieve daily dispatch requirements
Follow established picking procedures and safe work practices
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Take ownership of individual performance and contribute to overall team productivity
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual who isreliable,



productive and motivated to performin a high-volume nursery environment.
The successful applicant will:
Be availableMonday to Friday 38 hours per week,7.30am–3.36pm.
In peak season, the start &/or finish time may vary slightly.
Occasional weekend work when required.
Be comfortable working in ahigh-paced and target-driven workplace
Be motivated to meet and exceed daily productivity expectations
Be reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance
Be physically fit and capable of extensive manual handling and walking throughout the day
Be able to maintain productivity while still paying attention to plant quality and order accuracy
Work effectively as part of a team
Be able to follow instructions and respond quickly to changing priorities
Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Have good communication skills
Be legally entitled to work in Australia
Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport to Glenorie
Have plant or nursery knowledge –advantageous but not essential
Experience
Previous nursery or order-picking experience is not essential.
Full training will be provided.
More importantly, we are looking for someone who has theright attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn and perform.
Experience in warehousing, order picking, production, agriculture, landscaping, construction or other fast-paced physical environments will be highly regarded.
