Eastern Goldfields College (EGC) is offering a permanent full time role in Kalgoorlie-Boulder as a Follow the Dream Coordinator, joining the Senior Leadership Team.
The role focuses on coordinating the Follow the Dream program and integrating it into daily college operations to support students, staff, volunteers, and the community.
The successful applicant will provide educational leadership, build capacity in partnership with Aboriginal families and industry groups, and apply change strategies
