Job Description
We are seeking reliable and experienced Spray Seal Operators / Crew Members .
If you have hands-on experience with bituminous surface treatments and love working outdoors in a fast-paced team, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Operating and assisting with bitumen spray trucks, aggregate spreaders, and rollers Laying, spreading, and raking aggregate materials across road construction sites
Surface preparation, hand-spraying, and site cleanup Performing daily pre-start safety checks and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment Adhering to site safety standards, traffic management plans, and environmental guidelines
Requirements




Proven experience in road spray sealing or asphalt operations Valid Drivers Licence (MR, HR or HC Class preferred)
White card Asbestos Silica
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work versatile outdoor hours Hours & Offer: 40+ hours per week with regular overtime opportunities
Competitive hourly rates $40-$45 PH + penalties and travel allowances Immediate start available for the right candidate
