Experienced Counterbalance Operator? We Want You!

Omni Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Kemps Creek.

This is a hands-on forklift role where your main responsibility will be loading and unloading trucks, moving pallets and keeping freight flowing safely and efficiently.

If you're confident on a counterbalance, work safely and know how to keep up in a fast-paced setting, this could be the role for you!

What's on Offer
Monday to Friday — no weekend work
6:00AM – 2:00PM day shift

The Role

Your main duties will include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving pallets and freight around the warehouse




Staging freight for dispatch and receivals
Loading and positioning pallets safely and accurately
General warehouse and manual handling duties
RF scanning where required
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Following all site safety procedures and forklift operating standards

What We're Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence
Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience
Experience loading and unloading trucks
Previous warehouse, transport or distribution centre experience
Solid focus on safety and attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable transport
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Own PPE — steel-cap boots and hi-vis
Full Australian working rights

A National Police Check is required for this position.
