The Role
We're looking for an experienced Carpenter/Builder to join our team.
This role suits someone who can run jobs, think ahead, and deliver high-quality work without needing to be micromanaged.
You'll be working across a mix of residential and commercial projects, including renovations, maintenance, and small builds.
What You'll Be Doing
Running and delivering small renovation and maintenance jobs
General carpentry: framing (timber & metal), trusses, fit-outs, extensions
Working across residential and commercial sites
Handling defect and remediation work
Supervising and guiding other workers when required




Ordering and coordinating materials with suppliers
Following scope of works and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard
Keeping clear communication with the team and clients
What We're Looking For
Trade-qualified Carpenter (essential)
Strong experience across carpentry, maintenance, and general building
Able to run jobs independently and take ownership of your work
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality finishes
Solid communication and team attitude
Driver's licence (required)
