About the role

Sunfresh Linen is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic permanent part-time Dispatch Admin Officer to join their team in Darra, QLD. As a permanent part-time Dispatch Admin Officer, you will play a crucial part in responding to customer calls and emails and ensuring the smooth dispatch and delivery of linen products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing
Providing excellent customer service by responding to both phone & email inquiries and efficiently resolving any issues
Communicating in a qualified manner with the Production Manager & Team Leaders to advise of stock levels
Preparing and processing customer orders for dispatch
Liaising with the transport team to organise effective and timely delivery of goods
Learning customer orders, delivery runs and timings to provide that essential connection between production & our customers
Assisting with general administrative duties as required, using Microsoft and in house software.

What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment
Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn recent IT systems




Excellent communication and people skills with a friendly, bright demeanour
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy with a proactive approach to customer service
The ability to quickly learn customer requirements, delivery runs and timings
Flexible approach to tasks, to accommodate the needs of the business
Ability to show flexibility in regard to working hours and days is essential, with Saturday availability throughout the busy periods of the year; however, the usual hours of work are likely to be 6 am -12 pm Mon to Thurs and 10 am -6pm Friday
