About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedOracle HCM Solution Architectwith strong expertise acrossOracle HCM Cloud modulesto lead solution design, architecture, and implementation initiatives in Sydney.
The ideal candidate should have strong functional and architectural knowledge of Oracle HCM and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated, and best-practice Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead thesolution architecture and designfor Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and transformation programs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, business requirements, and transformation objectives.
Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and business needs.
Provide functional and architectural leadership across multipleOracle HCM modules.
Lead solution workshops, requirement discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs with clients.
Define solution architecture covering module configuration, integrations, data flows, security, reporting, and overall system landscape.
Review functional and technical designs to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to architectural standards.
Guide functional and technical teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Oracle HCM capabilities.
Support estimation, project planning, solution proposals, and presales activities where required.
Mentor and provide functional/architectural guidance to Oracle HCM consultants.
Required Oracle HCM Expertise




Strong expertise in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, preferably including:
Oracle Core HR / Global Human Resources
Oracle Talent Management
Oracle Performance Management
Oracle Compensation
Oracle Workforce Management
Oracle Absence Management
Oracle Payroll
Candidates with strong expertise across multiple HCM modules and the ability to architectend-to-end Oracle HCM solutionswill be preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
***** years of overall experience, with significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Proven experience as anOracle HCM Solution Architect / HCM Architect / Senior HCM Consultant.
Strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR business processes.
Experience inend-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.
Strong solution design and architecture experience across multiple HCM modules.
Experience leading client workshops and managing senior business stakeholders.
Valuable understanding of Oracle HCM integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and technical architecture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide architectural direction.
Experience working on large-scale or multi-country Oracle HCM programs is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM integrations.
Experience with Oracle HCM reporting and analytics.
Experience in HR transformation and process redesign.
Consulting experience with solid client-facing exposure.
Experience working in global/multicultural project environments.
Mandatory Requirement
