As a Duty Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring every shift runs smoothly while your team feels supported, motivated and set up to deliver great guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the floor,



driving guest experience and team culture as a hands-on manager
Coach and support Food & BeverageSupervisors/Attendantsto perform at their best
Manage wages, comps and wastage while maintaining high venue presentation standards
Identify and report safety hazards, incidents and near misses
Act as a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge and connection to the brewery story
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Strong leadership and communication skills
