Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have an immediate requirement for a talented SOE Engineer (NV1).
The role an initial 3-6 month assignment with the view to extend.
It is an onsite role based in Canberra.
This role does require anactive AGSVA NV1 clearance at a minimum.
Consultants that do not hold this minimum requirement will not be considered.
This role will work with a federal government client and may require some interstate travel.
Responsibilities
Development, build and implementation of Windows operating systems
Integration of complex ICT infrastructure software and applications with platform operating systems
Application Packaging, Virtualisation and Deployment
Proactive maintenance, patching and upgrading of a distributed enterprise
Deployment of ICT infrastructure software and applications
Development and Build defect remediation
Analyse, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to Windows SOEs, and integrated business applications
Creation and peer review of Standard Operating Procedure documentation (SOPs), build guides and related artefacts
Requirements
Up-to-date Microsoft Windows SOE Development & Deployment
Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory




Microsoft Deployment Toolkit & Windows Deployment Services
Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Implementation & Maintenance
Microsoft Windows Installer and App-V Experience
Powershell scripting knowledge
Excellent knowledge of systems maintenance and security vulnerability management
Good communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
