About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Casual Cook to join our team at the Entertainment Quarter. In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality food preparation and ensuring the kitchen adheres to the highest standards of safety and sanitation. This is a fantastic chance for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent food.

What You Will Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times
Follow strict food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation protocols
Assist with kitchen setup, pack-down, and stock management
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak periods

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
A robust understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements
Proven reliability and punctuality for all shifts
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy hospitality setting
