Join an established Design & Construction business specialising in high‐end Class 1 residential projects such as houses and duplexes across Sydney's North Shore and Inner West.
Reporting directly to an experienced Site Manager, you will be hands‐on on site, working with trades and learning how quality projects are built from the ground up.
Work closely with subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to program and quality standards
Daily Site Management
Assist the Site Manager with day‐to‐day site activities and onsite supervision
Construction Progress
Monitor works and report progress identify issues and help resolve onsite problems in a timely manner
Quality & Safety
Ensure a secure working environment andsupport quality outcomes
Learning & Development
Learn the full residential construction process and build towards Site Management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Around 1 year of relevant site experience.
Exposure to Class 1 residential constructionprojects (houses or duplexes)
Basic understanding of construction processes and subcontractor trades
Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
Practical, hands‐on and willing to get involved
