Job Description
York On Lilydale, part of Endeavour Group, seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver pub classics with flair for a vibrant local community hub near Melbourne.
This hands-on role partners with the Publican and FOH team to drive a protected, profitable operation.
The successful candidate will hold trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications, lead a high-performing kitchen, and inspire the team daily.
Base salary starts from $100,000 plus super, bonus and group discounts.
