Job Description
This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of government-owned buildings and assets, providing critical information to support maintenance planning and asset management decisions.
Key responsibilities
As a building maintenance inspector, you will undertake inspections of government facilities across Central Queensland to identify maintenance requirements, asset condition issues, and potential risks.
Conduct site inspections of government buildings and associated assets.
Prepare detailed condition assessment reports and supporting documentation.
Provide technical input to support maintenance planning and prioritisation activities.
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will have experience assessing building conditions and identifying maintenance requirements within built assets.
Current unrestricted C Class Driver Licence.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Central Queensland region.
