An exciting opportunity has arisen for Retail Manager to join the team at a busy fuel station and retail store in Tamworth, NSW.
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a well-established and growing business while working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff performance, controlling inventory, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the fuel station and retail store
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
Ensure outstanding customer service standards are consistently maintained
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
Oversee inventory management, stock control and merchandising
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment
Manage rostering, staffing levels and employee performance
About you
Must have experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry




Must possess relevant qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide exceptional in-store experience
Proficient in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics to drive business decisions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
