Looking for a job that gets you up, active, and finished before lunch? New South Wales Golf Club is searching for a Casual Morning Groundsperson to join our friendly, high-performing Course Maintenance team.

Typical hours: 6–10am

Availability: Minimum 4 days per week (20 hours total)

7-day roster offers great flexibility — perfect for fitting around study, work, or life commitments.

What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining turf areas across the course: greens, tees, surrounds, fairways, roughs and bunkers
Walk mowing greens — a great fitness boost




Keeping the course in top condition for our members and guests
Following safe work practices and contributing positively to the team

What We're Looking For

No experience? No problem — we provide full training.

You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have a valid driver's licence and your own transport
Enjoy working outdoors and staying active
Are reliable, organised and have strong attention to detail
Bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
Are physically fit for hands-on work
