Mitch's Meals - Cooks Needed

Originally established in 2013, Mitch's Meals has grown consistently and operates from a purpose-built facility in Marrickville. Mitch's Meals produces pre-packaged meals and distributes across both Recent South Wales and Queensland.

As a smaller business within the pre-packaged meals industry the focus is on quality of meals. We are an owner-operated business and the founder Mitch is still heavily involved in all operations.

The Roles

Mitch's Meals is currently looking to fill multiple Cook positions at our Marrickville facility. The role requires:
Ability to prepare and manage over 100+ variety of meals
Preparing and cooking food
Managing ovens, bratt pan and other cooking equipment
Correct portioning of food to ensure consistency




Examining and quality assurance of food to ensure highest quality is maintained
Weekend work is compulsory
Right to work within Australia

Salary
$70,000 - $85,000 + super - (depending on experience)

Qualifications Required
Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and pre-packaged food preparation
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Full Time Cook
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
A passion for quality and consistence
Adheres to OHS and Food Safety regulations
