Electrical Supervisors – Tunnel Construction Projects

About the Roles

Eureka Electrical & Instrumentation is seeking several experienced Electrical Supervisors

for major tunnel construction projects in Melbourne. Specific tunnelling experience is

desirable but not essential. Applicants must have robust electrical supervision experience

gained on major construction, infrastructure, industrial or mining projects.

These are hands-on supervisory roles responsible for coordinating electrical personnel

and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to project requirements.
Construction Rates
Long-term positions, 2 years plus

Key Responsibilities
Supervise electricians and electrical subcontractors.
Plan daily activities and allocate labour and resources.
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and task briefings.
Coordinate electrical work with other construction disciplines.




Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications and standards.
Monitor safety, quality, productivity and project progress.
Maintain work records and report progress to project management.

Essential Requirements
Solid electrical supervisory experience on construction or industrial projects.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate electrical teams.
Sound knowledge of electrical safety and installation standards.
Solid communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
Victorian electrical licence or eligibility to obtain recognition.
Construction Industry White Card and Australian working rights.
Availability to work project rosters, including night shift when required.
