About the role

Stevenson Builders is seeking a motivated Junior Foreman to assist with the daily supervision and coordination of construction projects. Working alongside the two Directors, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of project delivery, with mentoring and a explicit pathway towards future site or project management duties.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
Assist with programming and construction sequencing.
Monitor site safety, quality and workmanship.
Conduct inductions, pre-starts and toolbox talks.
Review drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
Maintain site diaries, inspections and progress records.
Assist with resolving site issues and managing defects.
Help maintain a safe,



organised and skilled site.

About you
Qualified carpenter preferred.
Commercial construction experience is desirable.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ambitious and interested in growing with the business.
Current driver licence and Construction White Card.
