Hours: 4:00am – 4:00pm (rotating shifts within this range)
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and a commitment to quality, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Cutting, slicing and filleting a variety of fresh fish
Preparing traditional Japanese-style sushi rice
Creating and presenting a range of sushi dishes
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation at all times
Requirements:
Full time working rights in Australia
Fluent English communication skills
Previous experience in sushi preparation or qualified kitchen work is highly desirable
Robust attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
