Medic Cloud is growing, and we're looking for an experiencedField Service Engineerto join our Diagnostic Imaging team.
This is a hands‐on technical role primarily supportingX‐ray and Digital Radiography (DR) systemsacross our growing customer base throughout Victoria and Australia.
You'll be involved in:
Installation and commissioning of X-ray and diagnostic imaging systems
Preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs
Electrical, electronic and mechanical fault‐finding
Troubleshooting X-ray generators, DR detectors and acquisition systems
Diagnosing computer, software and network‐related faults
Providing onsite and remote technical support
Regional, rural and interstate travel when required
Modern X-ray systems are heavily computer and network based, sostrong IT troubleshooting skills are essential.
You should be comfortable fault‐finding across Windows PCs, software, hardware, TCP/IP networks and connected imaging equipment.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience withX‐ray or diagnostic imaging equipmentis strongly preferred.
Experience withDRGEM, CPI, Sedecal, Fujifilm,



Stephanixor similar X‐ray systems will be highly regarded.
Additional experience withDental imaging, DXA/Bone Densitometry, Ultrasound, DICOM or PACSwould also be advantageous.
We're looking for someone with:
Solid electrical/electronic fault‐finding skills
Strong computer, IT and networking troubleshooting skills
A practical and methodical approach to diagnosing faults
Excellent attention to detail
Positive communication and customer service skills
A current Australian driver's licence
Willingness to undertake regional and interstate travel
Radiation Licensing
Applicants should ideally hold, or have previously held, aVictorian Radiation Use Licenceapplicable to diagnostic X-ray equipment.
Candidates with an expired licence, or those who have completed a recognisedRadiation Safety Certificate or relevant training, are also encouraged to apply.
Medic Cloud can assist suitable candidates with the licensing process where required.
