Senior Property Manager - Eastern Suburbs
An established and highly regarded real estate group in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its growing team.
With one of the largest residential portfolios in Victoria, this business offers the scale, systems and support that allow Property Managers to focus onclient relationships, portfolio performance and higher-value property management, rather than being tied up with routine tasks.
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties, withno routine inspections or entry condition reports, backed by a large support team and proven processes.
With a strong commission structure based on portfolio revenue and performance, this business rewards autonomy, high levels of service and hard work –the more you manage and perform, the more you earn, with Property Managers typically earning an additional$10,000–$20,000 per year in commission.

Responsibilities
Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties
No routine inspections, full field team support




Build and maintain robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
Manage arrears, VCAT matters and compliance requirements where required
Deliver a high level of customer service and communication
Work collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

Salary of up to $100k inclusive of super + commissions (OTE: $110K - $120K package)

About You
Previous Property Management experience, ideally on a similar size portfolio
Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Organised and proactive approach to portfolio management
