About the Role:
As an NDIS Support Worker, you'll play acrucial role in helping individuals achieve their goals, maintaintheir wellbeing, and navigate the impacts of mental ill-healthwhile participating fully in their communities.
Many of the peoplewe support experience fluctuating mental health, emotionaldistress, or reduced capacity at times, and requirepatient,consistent,and strengths-based support.
Whether it's assistingwith daily living tasks or fostering opportunities for social andeconomic engagement, such as exploring & keeping a job, you'll bemaking a tangible impact every day.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting participants with daily living activities inline with their NDIS plans.




Encouraging community participation and helping individualsbuild confidence in social and workplace settings.
Providing person-centred care that respects individualchoices and aspirations, using recovery-oriented andtrauma-informed approaches.
Collaborating with families, carers, and otherprofessionals to deliver holistic support, including mentalhealth and psychosocial supports.
Upholding confidentiality, diversity awareness, and highprofessional standards, including appropriate boundaries andduty of care in complex situations.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate person whogenuinely cares about making a difference.
You'll thrive in thisrole if you:
Have a Cert III in Community Services, DisabilitySupport, Peer Work, experience working in MentalHealth or a related field (orequivalentexperience).
Hold a current SA driver's licence.
Have a DHS Working with Children Check and an NDISWorker Screening Check.
Have experience providing community support, one-on-oneclient care, and working with individuals facing complexchallenges.
Possess robust communication skills and the ability tobuild meaningful relationships.




Understand the NDIS framework and have knowledge ofdisability and mental health-related issues.
