About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic administration assistant to join our team, working full time from our Eagle Street office in the Brisbane CBD (12 month contract).

Responsibilities in this position may include but are not limited to:
Preparation of documents and correspondence
File maintenance – opening, closing and archiving files (electronic and physical filing)
General administrative support to multiple paralegals and/or lawyers
Attending to telephone calls and enquiries (incoming and outgoing)
Preparing bills, cheque requisitions and other accounts related matters
Maintaining databases and contact registers
General administration including photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, mail and courier management
Monitoring routine matter processes and anticipating/prompting key actions

About you

To be considered for this role, you must:
be available to work full time
have administration experience in an office environment or relevant transferrable experience/skills




Robust organisational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively
excellent written and verbal communication skills
a collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
