About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Hand / Labourer to join our team at Rad Hard Chroming in Rocklea, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will see you playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our engineering & hard chrome plating facility.

What you'll be doing
Assisting with various production and plating tasks
Performing general labouring duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Following all safety protocols and procedures
Reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor
Working collaboratively with the wider production team

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar factory or labouring role preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Solid attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
Positive physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic




A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the business
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
