Job Description
As a Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive ongoing support, guidance and a positive customer experience.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, coordination, stakeholder management and problem solving.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining ongoing relationships
Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions
Coordinating delivery and resolving enquiries
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Conducting regular customer check-ins
Managing competing priorities and following through on commitments
Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
This position offers a high level of ownership and responsibility, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being trusted to manage outcomes rather than simply process transactions, and likes a mix of customer service and administration.

We're looking for someone who has:
Strong experience in a customer-focused role ( call centre, claims or insurance preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Confidence handling sensitive or challenging conversations
Strong judgement and problem-solving capability
High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
A proactive and accountable approach to their work
Confidence learning current technologies and systems
