Job Description
WorkPac Group in Berkeley Vale, NSW, seeks a Supplier Development & Quality Lead to oversee supplier development, audits and quality for local and international suppliers.
You will drive supplier performance, resolve non-conformances and improve cost, quality and delivery across critical industrial operations.
The position requires a trade qualification in Boilermaking or related discipline, 5+ years in fabrication/heavy industry, and experience with supplier assessments, QA/QC and negotiations.
