The role requires the coordination of fire services upgrade works in properties owned, operated or funded by the department.
Key responsibilities
Solid stakeholder management and a working knowledge of the department's Capital Development Guidelines – Series 7 is necessary to able to successfully fulfil this role.
Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services.
Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
