The Role
We're looking for an experiencedFunctional Automation Testerto join an established testing practice supporting a major Australian Government digital transformation program.
You'll work acrossMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Pages, Power Apps and Dataverse, helping ensure new and enhanced digital services are reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
This is a hands‐on testing role combiningmanual and automated testing, with a strong focus on UI, API/integration testing and embedding automated regression testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Your duties will include:
Design, execute and maintainmanual and automated test casesacross Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
Performfunctional, UI, integration, system, regression and UAT testingacross web and enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain automatedUI regression test suitesusing Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro or similar frameworks.
ConductAPI and integration testingusing tools such as Postman/Newman, REST Assured or Playwright API testing.
Integrate automated testing intoAzure DevOps CI/CD pipelinesto support automated build and release validation.
Manage defects, test results and reporting while working closely with developers, business stakeholders and multidisciplinary Agile teams.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience testingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse.
Strong experience acrossmanual and automated testing, including functional, system,



integration, regression and UAT.
Hands‐on experience withtest automation frameworkssuch as Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro or similar, including UI and API testing.
Experience integrating automated test suites intoAzure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge ofVS Code, Azure DevOps, source control, defect management and test management, with an understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ability to quickly adapt tonew technologies, projects and business domains, work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative testing team.
Desirable:ISTQB Automation Certification or similar, deeper experience with Dynamics 365/Dataverse/Power Platform/Power BI, and experience with Jira or similar test and defect management tools.
