We are seeking an experiencedGroundskeeper / Landscaping Horticultureprofessional to join a dedicated team responsible for maintaining the grounds of acemetery setting.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining designated grounds and landscaped areas to a high standard, including:
Regular mowing, gardening, watering and general grounds maintenance
Fertilising gardens and lawns and applying fertiliser correctly
Trimming and pruning hedges, plants and trees
Installing turf and completing appropriate after-care
Identifying plants, pests and diseases, undertaking routine weed-spraying applications
Conducting chemical spraying in accordance with training, instructions and safety procedures
Safely operating and maintaining a wide range of plant, equipment, machinery and hand tools
Keeping gardens, lawns and surrounding graves clean,



and well presented

About You
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the safe operation and maintenance of plant, equipment, machinery and tools
Experience withchemical spraying,with relevant training or awillingness to work towards a formal chemical-handling qualification
The ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team
A current NSW Driver Licence andOwn Car
Working towards, or willingness to attain, a Certificate III in Horticulture or a related fieldsuch as Parks and Gardens, Turf Management or Landscaping
Must bean Australian Citizen or Australian Citizen
Must be able toPass a Medical and Police Check
