Administration Officer– Pittsworth
The Prospect:
Hooper Accountants currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our growing Pittsworth Team.
At Hooper Accountants, you'll work alongside a passionate and experienced team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to a diverse range of clients.

This role will include but is not limited to;
Creating a positive relationships with clients
Providing exceptional service to clients
Liaising with directors, staff, clients and external parties to assist with general queries
General Reception Duties
Preparation of client documents
Management and scheduling of client appointments
Word processing and email correspondence
Data Entry, lodgment management and liaising with the ATO
General administrative duties including work in, client correspondence, filing and document management
Experience:
Experience in an administration role is favourable but not required
