to join our team on a
casual basis
for short or long-term assignments. Based in
Campbelltown, NSW
, this role offers flexibility for those looking to take on project-based work in the industrial services sector. As a Hydro Blaster, you will operate ultra-high pressure (UHP) water blasting equipment to clean, prepare and maintain industrial surfaces and infrastructure. This position is critical to ensuring project quality and safety standards are maintained across our diverse client base. There is plenty of work for an ongoing role or someone who needs a few weeks work.
What you'll be doing
Operating ultra-high pressure water blasting equipment safely and effectively on various industrial sites
Using high and ultra high pressure water jetting for concrete demolition or surface preparation
Following detailed work instructions and project specifications to ensure high-quality results
Conducting pre-operation checks and maintenance of blasting equipment
Adhering to strict health and safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities
Maintaining a clean and organised work site
Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to site management
What we're looking for
Proven experience operating ultra-high pressure (UHP)



water blasting equipment
Current knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations for industrial blasting work
Robust attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and capability to perform labour-intensive tasks
Flexibility to work on varying project schedules and timelines
Current drivers licence (mandatory) HR or MR licence well regarded
Previous experience in industrial cleaning or surface preparation (mandatory)
