Key responsibilities
Liaise with yards, wharves, and relevant parties to arrange inspections
Conduct inspections and ensure the accuracy and authenticity of inspection records
Maintain inspection records properly and in an organized manner
Report any abnormal issues identified during inspections to the manager
Liaise closely with other company staff to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
Perform other duties as directed
About you
Be legally entitled to work in Australia
Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
Be hardworking, reliable, responsible, and a robust team player
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with basic spoken and written Mandarin skills
Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
