I am working in partnership with an cutting-edge and fast-growing food manufacturer to recruit an Engineering Team Leader for their site in Nottingham.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-performing FMCG environment, where you'll take responsibility for engineering performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced production facility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of multi-skilled engineers, driving performance, engagement, and development
Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdown support, and continuous improvement initiatives
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across high-speed production and packaging equipment




Work closely with the Engineering Manager to drive a positive and high-performing team culture
Support and deliver engineering projects including installations, upgrades, and modifications
Carry out fault finding and modifications on PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and control panels
Ensure all engineering activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with site standards
Drive continuous improvement across plant performance, reliability, and downtime reduction
