As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable, hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Attendant to help keep our property presented to the highest standard, inside and out.
About the Role
Reporting to the Grounds & Maintenance Manager, the Grounds & Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the gardens, car park and all outdoor areas of the hotel, ensuring our grounds always make a great first impression on arrival.
You will work independently, take pride in your work, and be a reliable member of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine gardening and landscaping, including weeding, mowing and hedge trimming, rubbish removal
Maintain the car park and terrace areas to a consistently high standard
Clean, maintain and correctly store all tools and equipment
Notify the Grounds & Maintenance Manager when materials or supplies need ordering




Provide driver support as required
Adhere to the safe use of chemicals and follow secure work practices
Maintain high personal grooming and presentation standards
Common area cleaning
Assist with other related duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Working knowledge of how to safely operate gardening tools and equipment.
Must have a valid NSW Driver's Licence
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
A solid understanding of workplace health & safety and PPE requirements
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
A friendly, professional manner and pride in your presentation
A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
